# ClearHarbour

> Agent-first customs clearance for The Bahamas: manifest intake, HS mapping, duty calculation, and C19 declaration prep with human-in-the-loop broker sign-off before Click2Clear export.

ClearHarbour replaces legacy Cay Declarations-style workflows for licensed brokers and shop-and-ship operators in Nassau and Freeport. The product pairs a marketing site with a Hermes-style agent workspace (case rail, chat feed, dense tables) backed by Island Traders mock data.
